These S’mores Brownies are the ultimate treat – rich, fudgy brownies topped with gooey marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and melted chocolate. Perfect for campfire cravings without the fire.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and chocolate on top.
- Return to oven for 5 more minutes or until marshmallows are golden and melty.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
For extra gooeyness, broil the marshmallows for 1-2 minutes at the end – but watch closely!
