Description

These S’mores Brownies are the ultimate treat – rich, fudgy brownies topped with gooey marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and melted chocolate. Perfect for campfire cravings without the fire.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and chocolate on top.
  7. Return to oven for 5 more minutes or until marshmallows are golden and melty.
  8. Let cool before slicing into squares.

Notes

For extra gooeyness, broil the marshmallows for 1-2 minutes at the end – but watch closely!
