Description

A luxurious and creamy pistachio chocolate bar inspired by Dubai’s rich dessert culture, blending roasted nuts with velvety white chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 100g pistachio butter
  • 50g roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey or condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a small loaf tin with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate gently over a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave.
  3. Stir in pistachio butter, honey, cardamom powder, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  4. Fold in the roasted pistachios, saving some for topping.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining pistachios on top and gently press them in.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  8. Slice into bars and enjoy.

Notes

You can substitute white chocolate with milk chocolate for a sweeter version. Store bars in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
