Description
A luxurious and creamy pistachio chocolate bar inspired by Dubai’s rich dessert culture, blending roasted nuts with velvety white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 100g pistachio butter
- 50g roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp honey or condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a small loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate gently over a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave.
- Stir in pistachio butter, honey, cardamom powder, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the roasted pistachios, saving some for topping.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining pistachios on top and gently press them in.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Slice into bars and enjoy.
Notes
You can substitute white chocolate with milk chocolate for a sweeter version. Store bars in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
