A fun, nostalgic ice cream bursting with the sweet apple-cinnamon flavor of Apple Jacks cereal, perfect for cereal lovers and summer treats.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Apple Jacks cereal, plus more for garnish
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in 2 cups of Apple Jacks cereal. Let sit for 30 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove cereal pieces.
- Chill the liquid mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve topped with additional Apple Jacks cereal for crunch.
Notes
For an extra cereal crunch, stir in some crushed Apple Jacks during the last few minutes of churning.
